Work Location: Matola
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 12:00
Salary Range: 15,000 – 18,000 MZN/month (based on skills and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer orders and prepare documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the process;
- Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods to ensure smooth logistics operations;
- Assist management with daily tasks and interdepartmental communication;
- Maintain and update systems with order, inventory, and customer data;
- Support on-site coordination with suppliers or clients as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred;
- Proficient in using computer software such as Excel, Word, and email systems;
- Able to use English as a working language, with good communication skills (spoken and written);
- Basic knowledge of lubricants, tires, or mechanical products is a plus;
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of identifying and solving problems independently;
- Strong communication and coordination skills; able to handle multiple tasks efficiently;
- Responsible and a good team player.
